I have developed my experience in the automotive and metalworking sectors, supporting companies and industrial groups to which I direct my professional services.
I am CFO of a group with subsidiaries and affiliates in Italy and abroad and I hold roles as statutory auditor and legal auditor in capital companies in the industrial and real estate sectors.
Budgeting, performance analysis, liquidity management, cash flow, relations with banks and financial institutions, management reporting. CFO functions for groups with international presence.
Financial statements under Italian OIC principles, consolidated accounts, statutory audit under ISA Italia. Roles as statutory auditor and legal auditor.
Extraordinary transactions as advisor (M&A, reorganizations, mergers, demergers), governance and administrative and corporate coordination.
Preparation and filing of tax returns, corporate and administrative fulfillments, direct taxes and VAT including cross-border transactions.
I work directly with the entrepreneur and management. I start from the company data, verify it and turn it into clear information for decision-making. I personally follow the assignments and coordinate, when necessary, the other professionals involved.
I use structured calculation models, management dashboards and analysis tools (including Business Intelligence and artificial intelligence) to make reporting timely and verifiable.
